SCS Global Services Approved as FSSC 22000 Training Provider
Training courses will make learning about FSSC 22000 standard easy and accessible
SCS Global Services (SCS), a leading food safety training center and third-party certifier, is now launching approved FSSC training courses for the FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 Standard. FSSC 22000 is a complete food safety management system standard, benchmarked to the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and based on ISO standards. As an approved training organization, SCS will provide training to food supply chain organizations such as food manufacturers. The company plans to add both remote (live instructor-led) and in-person (on-site) FSSC training courses in English and Spanish to its full suite of food safety training offerings.
“We are delighted to receive approval from FSSC 22000,” said Radojka Barycki, SCS’ Director of Food Safety Training and Consulting. “We have been conducting FSSC 22000 certification audits since 2019. The Approved Training Organization status extends our ability to train food and beverage manufacturers, and provide them with the knowledge they need to implement the programs to meet the FSSC 22000 requirements.”
SCS is an approved training provider for other GFSI standards, including SQF and PrimusGFS, has certified BRCGS Training Partners and offers GLOBALG.A.P. courses. The training center also offers a wide variety of other basic and regulatory food safety courses, including GMP, Internal Auditor Training, FSMA PCQI and more.
SCS will launch the new approved training courses with an Implementing FSSC 22000 course from September 6-10, 2021. Click here for details, and learn more about other food safety training courses and FSSC 22000 certification.
