Implementing SQF Fundamentals
This 16-hours training has been developed by SQFI to provide knowledge on the Fundamentals Program for Food Manufacturing requirements. This program has been prepared for small- and medium-sized companies who don’t yet have a robust food safety management system in place or want to be sure their existing program meets the expectations of retailers and want to start their certification journey.
Participants of the Implementing SQF Fundamentals Code will be guided through the foundational programs that, along with their food safety plan, make up the SQF Fundamentals Code: product specifications, facility construction and maintenance, sanitation, personal hygiene and cross-contamination, approved suppliers, product identification and traceability and the internal audit plan.
